• Minimum of 10 years of continuous work experience within the Aditya Birla Group by August 31, 2018. For acquired companies, service with the acquired company before acquisition is considered as service with the Group.
• Permanent employee status in JB11 and above (Managerial cadre) in each business.

Student Criteria:

• Applicant’s age should not exceed 28 years as of August 31, 2018.
• Admission to a professional course in a top-quality institute (top 50 in the country).
• Consistent good academic record.
• Confirmation of admission to the proposed course (waitlisted students are ineligible).
